We are a group of like-minded women, moms, and moms-to-be who are trying to figure out how to sift through all the new options, paths, and decisions placed before us on this crazy journey of Motherhood. We desire to grow and learn in a safe space and to feel supported, connected, and empowered to one another and ourselves.

The Bump Tri-Valley is hosting Ginger Huizar - a fitness and wellness coach at Curves in Pleasanton. She loves working with women during their prenatal phase and all the way throughout their pregnancy, and has a special passion for postpartum care and exercise.
