Tom Cabanski is the SVP of Engineering and General Manager at Stapstream. He'll talk about his experience founding an innovation group for Home Depot after blinds.com got acquired. Besides the challenges of bringing agile thinking to a Fortune 50, he will also share his experience scaling out truly self-managing teams that continue to deliver amazing customer experiences and excellent financial results.
