Heirloom Apple/Cider Meet-up

Are you fascinated by hard to find apples? Do you have an interest in trying ciders not readily available in the NYC marketplace? Are you a home cidermaker looking to explore unique apples for your cider?

On Tuesday, September 5th join

Ron Sansone, (contributing cider journalist at Ale Street News, CiderCulture.com (http://ciderculture.com/)and DrinkingCider.com (http://drinkingcider.com/)and founder of the cidery startup, Spoke & Spy Ciderworks in Middletown, CT.) and Gidon Coll (founder of NY based, Original Sin Cider and orchardist with a New York orchard featuring 150 varieties of apples) at this casual meet and greet event for apple fanatics. The event will include cider and apple tasting and conversation on the history of the hard cider and apple industry.

Open to all food/cider/apple/farming and fermentation enthusiasts. Feel free to bring interesting apples and ciders to the meet-up.
