6:30pm~7pm Super early before-event-starts happy hour pre-game!
7pm -7:30pm Everyone arrives, buys drinks, mingles!
7:30pm Everyone draws cards to form groups; 1st game
8:30pm We change groups again for another game! 2nd game
9:30pm Switch up groups!
10pm ~ event ends
