Hello Fitness Warriors! We are doing the next outdoor workout at Peter Nelson park this Saturday November 18th at 10 am!

We are going to be training on outside experiencing a winter fresh air to experience an AWESOME workout! Let's get out to the out to the park and breathe some fresh nature's air get some healthy sun while we put our body temple through an amazing workout journey! Let's all join as a community to be part of like minded in our health, strength, vitality and well-being.

I will be bringing equipment for everyone at the park. If you have some equipment you would like to bring, do so!

We will be implementing a mix of unconventional movements!

Come and learn fun optimal training methods to build a healthy, lean, strong body and mindset. This is going to be a great, fun, highly effective training session. Come whether you are a beginner or an advanced level athlete as this will take your training to a new level. Come and join a group of highly minded fitness enthusiasts! Afterwards you will feel AWESOME!

Please bring a bottle of water and something to lay down such as a blanket or yoga mat because we will be doing some exercises that will be laying down.

You will be challenged based on your own fitness level while having fun and learning optimum training techniques!

Steps To Register and Hold Your Spot For Workout and Massage:

1. Signup for the day you want to attend on our event meetup on page.

2. Send $20.00 for each person registered to my email at christian@fortitudevolution.com using Zelle. You can also pay cash in person.
