Overview
This event will provide an excellent introduction to the field of AI and its applications in industry, from the perspective of Women in AI. Participants will be invited to engage in sharing best practices, following the journey of a woman entrepreneur from la French Tech Toronto who is disrupting the Energy Sector.

Mariem AKROUT
Mariem is the founder and CEO of AI.Energy, a startup providing AI solutions for the Energy sector.
Mariem has extensive experience in both oil and gas and AI. With 12 years in O&G engineering and management consulting, she specialises in O&G operations digital transformation. She has worked with Major O&G companies and top management consulting firms, demonstrating a strong track record in leading digital transformations and infrastructure projects across the O&G value chain.
Frincy CLEMENT
Frincy is an AI leader with 9+ years of experience in Telecom, IT, Consumer goods, and Education. As the Canadian Ambassador for Women in AI, she leads strategic initiatives to inspire, mentor, and celebrate women AI professionals. She's received multiple awards, including 2022 Canada’s Most Powerful Women Top 100™, 2022 Advocate of the Year, 2022 Women in AI Ambassador of the Year and was featured in the 2023 Top 100+ Women Advancing AI. Frincy works as a Principal Data Scientist at ADP and was recognized with an Emerging Leaders CHLOE award in 2021 by TELUS for empowering women in STEM careers.
Nammi SRIHARAN
Nammi Sriharan is an accomplished Executive Coach and founder of iResilientCoach, with 19+ years of international experience in automotive, aerospace, and the public sector. A visionary leader in AI digital transformation, she excels in change management, program delivery, and business transformation. As Toronto City Lead for Women in AI and a Google Women Techmakers Ambassador, Nammi passionately empowers individuals to conquer challenges and unlock their true potential. Her commitment to excellence and cutting-edge technologies drives transformative change. With a diverse skill set, she catalyzes growth in individuals and businesses, leaving a profound impact on the Tech/AI landscape and beyond.
