Join us for our weekly C2FC meetup where we will challenge and motivate each other! We will warm-up together while we share our achievements from the previous week and set goals for this week. Participants must have a safe baseline level of physical fitness and ability to attend. For your safety, if you are overcoming serious injuries or limitations, you must be actively receiving guidance from a professional physical therapist. MUST HAVE LA FITNESS MEMBERSHIP TO ATTEND.
