Using Sketch by Eric Sowell

Details

All developers who do user interface development need a graphics tool to do their job. Adobe Photoshop has been the tool for many for a long time but it is a bit expensive and wasn't really made with developers in mind. In contrast, Sketch is cheap and was clearly made for web and mobile developers. In this talk we'll discuss how to use the tools in Sketch so that you can quickly start using it in your development projects.

Eric Sowell is an instructor for The Iron Yard in Dallas ( https://www.theironyard.com/locations/dallas.html ) and helps people change careers and become web developers. When programming, he enjoys server-side development and database work but prefers to live on the client-side, doing either iOS app development or web development. He is the author of Mobile ASP.NET (http://asp.net/) MVC 5 ( http://www.amazon.com/Mobile-ASP-NET-MVC-Eric-Sowell/dp/1430250569/ref=sr_1_1 ). When not coding, he likes to read, study history and dead languages, and play Minecraft with the kids.
