Demonstrations on the Future of Logistics through High Tech Training Methods

This discussion will explore how the current skills gaps, technology paradigm shifts with the incoming workforce, and expertise required to maintain various platforms is stressing today’s Air Force. Training paradigms are changing from “just-in-case” with classroom and hands-on training to “just-in-time/realtime” with live and virtual expert oversight. Illumination Works will demonstrate modern Augmented Reality (AR), training measurement, data fusion, and advanced analytics products as well as head mounted tablets and other modern compute capabilities. Illumination Works will share an Air Force use case leveraging state-of-the-art Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to scan maintenance activities, work notes, and related data systems of records to identify cyber intrusion events.
