Go meetup #1

I'm glad to announce our first ever meetup, very thankful to my best friends from TeMiriCe for sharing their place for this event.

This will be an introductive meetup with just one talk that will be done by the organizer Rares Istoc who is very excited to welcome every new member that joined the community.
