Women Who Run with the Wolves Book Club Gathering

We will be reading a chapter a month in the book "Women Who Run With The Wolves" by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. Because every chapter is its own unique story, you don’t need to attend the meeting the month. The story is really where the medicine is.

The intimate gatherings will explore themes such as:

• Resurrection: Meeting and the resurrection of the Wild Woman Archetype.
• Initiation: The Natural Predator of the Psyche & the Importance of Curiosity.
• Intuition: Retrieval of Intuition. Learning Discernment.
• Belonging & Exile: Reflecting on the lessons of exile and the beauty of belonging.
• Scar Clan Membership: Reflecting on the danger of secrets it creates in the psyche.
• The Joy of Flesh: Exploring and accepting the female body. Creating a physical home for the soul.
• The Creative Life: Exploring the blockages and how valuable it is to nourish our creative fire.
• Homing: Returning to OneSelf. Loss of Sense of Soul. Losing OneSelf. Practice of Intentional Solitude.

You can bring a copy of the book (optional) but it's not necessary. Sometimes extra copies are available for $10 cash. Please ask in advance if you’d like a copy. The Audio version of the book is an abridged (condensed) version and does not have the same richness (in my opinion).

Coffee and tea will be provided.

From there we will walk over to the hard to find space nearby
