AAA is specialised in Slovenia hiking trips since 2012.
Having run over 22 trips to Slovenia our crew has built a detailed itinerary with different hiking & sightseeing options, coordinated by local guides.
This trip will be based in the Kranjska Gora area, located next to the border of Austria, Italy, and Slovenia - Tromeja at 806 m.

Situated between Austria and Italy, Slovenia is a prime hiking destination, showcasing stunning locales from the Julian Alps to the breathtaking Logarska Dolina in the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. These trails offer experiences ranging from challenging scrambles to easy valley, forest, and waterfall walks.
The Triglav National Park, near Bled, is one of Slovenia's most attractive areas, housing Triglav, the highest mountain in Slovenia. The alpine resort Kranjska Gora, located near Triglav National Park, is close to the Zelenci Nature Reserve and Nordic Center Planica. The Vršič Pass, the highest in Slovenia, provides numerous hiking trails, lodges, and spectacular views, along with the striking Lake Jasna. Two notable waterfalls under the Špik Mountain offer additional allure. The trip also includes a visit to the Fusine Lakes area in Italy, and is led by experienced hike leaders and local guide, Nejc, with the flexibility to accommodate varying fitness levels and abilities.
ACCOMMODATION
We will be based in a 3/4-star hotel Špik for 5 nights and have day trips. The hotel features an extraordinary wellness offer in a tranquil setting.
You may have a single room for £160 extra.
THE PRICE OF £659 INCLUDES:
- 5 nights of 3/4-star hotel accommodation in twin rooms
- 5 (buffet) breakfasts and 5 dinners (buffet) in the hotel restaurant
- all transport on the local coach

- a choice of guided hikes by Mountain Leader trained at Plas Y Brenin guides and certified First Aiders

You may also fly to/from Trieste in Italy, 1-hour drive on a bus to Ljubljana.
