Details

Short Intervals run : one lap, about 40 mins, around Vondelpark.

This is an Intervals sessions, so we mostly jog, stopping 3-4 times to do different exercises. There are also a few 100m sprints mixed in at various points.

At the end of each sprint, we pause to wait for everyone, so all sprint speeds are accommodated ;)

As the nights are getting darker, if you have armband lights or reflective clothing, bring it along!
