New Perl module Container::Buildah

Ian Kluft will present an overview of his new Perl module Container::Buildah which is a wrapper around the open source container building tool called "Buildah". This adds a level of Perl-powered scriptability for making OCI-compatible containers (which can be run by Podman, Docker, Kubernetes, etc).

The Buildah and Podman container tools originated at Red Hat and are available on most Linux distributions. Container::Buildah is an independent wrapper around Buildah.
