Friday Metal Hang - South Side

Join us for another gathering with the vibrant metal tribe of London, hosted by The London Metal Coalition!

Brand New for 2025: For the first time, in addition to those in Camden, we are branching out the Friday hangs to the South Side of the River Thames!

We'll convene at the Swan and Mitre Pub in Bromley at 7pm for an evening filled with pints, camaraderie, laughter and of course the LMC playlist will be on hand to enhance the vibe!

Also on this night will be the birthday of Detoxen/ Call Of Fenrir guitarist Joe Kolendo, and what better way to celebrate than with London's finest creatives and metal warriors?? Who knows? There may even be cake!

No entry fee. Bring yourself and good vibes and your day is made. Food is served at the venue until 9pm.

The LMC, a robust community of 60+ metal bands, collaborate to enhance the metal scene in London. Whether you're a dedicated metal enthusiast, a creative spirit in the metal realm, simply a bit metal-curious, or keen on meeting inclusive metal enthusiasts, this meet-up is where you'll find your tribe. You may even discover your new favourite band!!

While we shall continue to host the hangs at Werewolf Beer in Camden, choosing Bromley as our South Side meeting spot allows you to enjoy a nice cold pint and some grub with the diverse local scene (Not just music, but art, photography and even theatre!), network with other creatives and metal heads in the area and provides an excellent gateway between the London and Kent metal scenes, both of whom share many members of the LMC!
