"ONE BIG CIRCLE" Community Weekend

Are you curious about the summer weeklong Family HEART Camp experience and haven’t had the chance to dedicate a whole week to it just yet? Do you want to get a short taste of the immersion in compassionate community to know more about what this is all about? Family HEART Camp (http://www.familyheartcamp.org/) and the Peace Circle Center (http://www.peacecirclecenter.org/) are excited about co-sponsoring this camping weekend, which is open to the entire NVC community on Memorial Day Weekend, at the Family HEART Camp West Virginia’s venue of Abrams Creek in West Virginia, May 23-26, 2014.

Additional Registration and Weekend Logistics

Each family is responsible for booking their own lodging through Abrams Creek’s website: http://www.abramscreek.com (http://www.abramscreek.com/)

Each family brings their own food and camping equipment for the weekend. There is a kitchen with limited fridge space. If you are camping, please bring coolers for your food. Also bring any other necessities or games and materials for community activities you might want to offer.

The weekend’s schedule will be focused on community gatherings each morning (offerings, announcements, requests) and at the end of the afternoon (mournings and celebrations), as well as potlucks and evenings around the campfire. Bring your musical and performing talents!
