September Meetup: Discuss miniMakerFaires, Makerspaces + activities

Details
We're getting together to brainstorm and plan towards a DFW MakerFaire in 2015. Join us for a lively discussion!
What's a MakerFaire? Maker Faire is the Greatest Show (and Tell) on Earth—a family-friendly festival of invention, creativity and resourcefulness, and a celebration of the Maker movement. It's science, technology, sharing and learning and includes engineering-oriented pursuits such as electronics, robotics, 3-D printing and much more.
And just who are Makers? Anyone and everyone can join the Maker Movement. It's a wonderful DIY community. For more info, take a look at these links:

And lastly, the purpose of this group and our conversation is:
Connect and nurture those within the existing maker community, as well as attracting new makers into the community. Also supporting maker spaces all across North Texas in which makers may do their work.
