Lisbon Men's Circle - Exploring Masculine Archetypes At Estrella Park

Hello fellow brothers,

After many months away, we're back hosting our FREE bi-weekly men's circles to support brotherhood and creation of spaces for well-being and expression in Lisbon.

To kick-off we will be hosting a 2-hour circle on exercises to help us explore the 4 "Masculine Archetypes" thru physical embodiment exercises and a sharing circle.

We invite all our brother to joing us at Estrella Park at 18:50 and start at 19:00. Post the circle we invite all brothers to stay to hang out after the circle at the kiosk in the park.

→ Closing the circle

*Bring: a Blanket, jacket, wear comfortable clothes and bring a note pad and a pen for your own notes.

I'm Victor, I'm sales management leader and an active Community Builder in the well-being space. I started my men's work inner journey in the beginning of 2023 and since I have been trained by SacredSons.com Leadership Training program and partcipated in numerous training camps on men's well-being, tantra, and authentic connection.

This group is for men in our Lisbon community, either if you’re a local brother, an expat, or a digital nomad staying for a few months in this beautiful city, and you’re looking for an online/offline community of brothers connected by shared values.

Together will co-create a safe online space for grounding, self-expression, and support on our personal growth journey through a community of “Men’s Circles”. Whether you're looking for a space to discuss mental health, relationships, and connect with like-minded individuals, a Men’s Circle community can allow us to show-up for each-other.

Through this community, we’ll be exploring the following:

→ Embodiment of values & commitment to co-create a Men's Circle.
→ Exchange around our safe "Men's Circle" on a selected topic every 2-weeks.
