Free Seminar: Managing and Deploying Instances on OpenStack Cloud

Innosoft Gulf, the leading IT Education Center in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is very pleased to invite you to a Free Seminar on Managing and Deploying Instances on OpenStack Cloud. This seminar will be delivered at our training center in Dubai Knowledge Park (Block 11, Office G03) on Thursday, 02 March 2017 from 04:00PM to 06:00PM. Free refreshments will be provided during this event.

This seminar will introduce OpenStack Cloud and its major components including Horizon, Glance, Keystone, Neutron and Cinder. During this event we will present a practical example of how to create and deploy a Virtual Machine on OpenStack.

Program

• Creating a Tenant and Users

• Importing an image to Glance

• Creating a Flavor

• Configuring the Network with Neutron (Creating a Router, Public and Private Networks)

• Assigning the Instance an SSH Key and a Security Group

• Launching the Instance, assigning it a public IP address, and accessing it from the Public Network

• Attaching a Cinder Block Storage to the Instance
