## Join me every Tuesday at 6 pm Saturday at 10:00 am - weather permitting - in George Wainborn Park for a 60min Hatha yoga practice and Breathwork by donation.

The class will be an all-level Hatha practice, during which we will hold the poses a little longer than in a Vinyasa class. We will explore the breath and connection with the body through different shapes (Asanas). This mindful practice will help you to stay grounded, calm your nervous system and recover a sense of ease. We will also build strength and resilience in the body and mind.

Everyone is welcome regardless of experience, age, or physical ability. Options will be given for all practitioners to have an enjoyable practice. The main goal of this class is not to achieve yoga postures but to be present while getting there, to connect body/mind/spirit, as well as connect with others and nature.

Please arrive 10min before the starting time to set up. It is recommended not to have a heavy meal at least 1h before the class.

  • This class is by donation. Suggested donation 10, 15 $. You can etransfer the donation to dilyanayoga@gmail.com

  • Tuesday 6-7 pm starting July 4 and every Tuesday after and Saturday 10:00 am all summer.

  • George Wainborn Park in Yelltouwn 450 Crescent Beach

  • Bring a yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, and any props that you'd like to use

  • Dress for the weather.

### About the facilitator:

Dilyana Mileva is a passionate yoga and breathwork instructor with deep knowledge of Hatha Yoga principles, Restorative, Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation. Enjoy inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long terms health goals. Specialize in woman's health after 40-50. She is a menopause and sleep expert and founder of Menopause Support Academy.

In her classes, she will focus on grounding by cultivating presence, connecting to your breath, and finding ways to help you unite with yourself.
