Kickoff Meeting

Location Change! Revv Oakland has graciously voluntered to let us use their space for the meeting. If you don't know what Revv Oalkand is about, you should :)
There is lots of activity in the greater Pittsburgh area in Embedded design and development, both hardware and software.
Through my work with SiGenix, I meet regularly with start-ups, small and large companies, all doing really neat things in the embedded world. At SiGenix, we have approximately 15 different active projects, all with different companies.
So there is lots of stuff to talk about, from what companies are doing what, who's growing and hiring, what are some of the startups around town etc. Which processors are being used, what applications are being designed with FPGA's, OS's from roll your own to android and Win 7 Embedded.
