October Magento Phoenix Area Meetup

Hi There!

We are glad you found us! If you are new to the group, this is a great forum for anyone interested in E-Commerce, if you own an E-Commerce site/business, or just wanting to get started with E-Commerce. We meet on the 4th Wednesday of every month. We are a new meetup as of January of 2017, so check this site often as our location changes every month while we find our location "sweet spot". With the holidays only 2 months away, we wanted to put our focus on Customer conversions. We will be exploring topics in and around how to manage things like personalization, site security, using product reviews to build trust, and building Customer Life Value using loyalty programs. Factors like Site performance, security, design, and a smooth checkout experience are all very high influence factors to consider when trying to get customers to not only shop, but also complete purchases on your site.
