Help us help you - How can the new hybrid incubator help your business?

Details
At our 2nd Business Over Beers event, you saw one of our two potential locations for "Gaston Innovation Works", hybrid incubator, the 53 Ervin Street Building, in Belmont, NC, owned by serial Entrepreneur's Scott & DJ Toal.
We also learned from Pat Brennan, Rivermen Brewery (http://www.rivermenbrewingcompany.com/), about his plans to open a new 10,000 sqft BrewPub, at the same location. Julie Busha, "The Slawsa Lady" (http://www.slawsa.com/), taught us about some of her winning marketing/PR strategies.
For this, our 3rd Business Over Beers event, we will be meeting at the historic Loray Mill (http://www.loraymilllofts.com/), located in Gastonia, NC. This is the second potential location for the hybrid incubator. Pat will again be providing the beer. Special thanks to Billy Hughes, one of the Loray Mill building owners, and Katie Suddreth, his event coordinator, for helping to host this event.
We will take a tour and learn the storied history of the Loray Mill, which if you haven't seen it, has been beautifully renovated. Some of the amenities include: a new health club, salt water pool, event space, 80,000 sqft of available retail/commercial space and 189 luxury apartments.
After our tour, we will show you the 5,000 sqft space we are thinking about for the incubator and ask for your feedback on what kind of programs/services we should offer to help your small business or startup grow.
