Alcoholics Anonymous as a Model for Community Technology
Abstract:
As we analyze the role of technology in the upcoming midterm and 2020 elections, clearly there is a need for need models.
In this talk, early civic tech practitioner Daniel X. O'Neil argues that Alcoholics Anonymous is one way for technologists to engage with communities in order to create systems that create real communion rather than division.
