Are you a mom who is trying to lose the baby weight from having a new born ? Or are you a man with love handles looking to slim and build muscle ? Whatever it is you want to accomplish. Come and join me on my 90 day challenge to drop an extra 20lbs to 30lbs. In this group I am looking for people who want to make the change rather it’s weight or health related. You only get 1 Body. Why not take care of it ? My goal is to support each and everyone of you on this journey by nutrition and exercise. I would like us to lift each other up and encourage each other when we start to lose interest on our goals to become better. When you look good, feel good and have extra energy to get through your fitness routine the better we are mentally and physically.
