Healing Sound Bath at Curry Hammock State Park

Sound Bath at Curry Hammock State Park using precisely tuned quartz singing bowls. Singing bowls are used to help heal our mind and body from stress, emotional and physical pain and provide a well-being reset.

The first 10 minutes will be devoted to a guided meditation. The next 10 minutes will be devoted to create a personal affirmation. The next 35 minutes will be relaxing and resetting to singing bowls, the sound of the waves, the ocean air and sunset.

This is a perfect event to come to by yourself, with friends or with your partner to relax, rest and reset.
