Meeting: Tuesday, March 20, 2012

Due to many requests, I'll be doing the "Strategic Default with a Vengeance" presentation again on March 20, 2012. Please get the word out.

This class can be an absolute paradigm for anybody struggling under the weight of a lost or reduced income, an "underwater" home, a bad credit report or debt.

My goal in offering this class is to help homeowners (and non-homeowners) but themselves in a better position in one or two years than the banks and administration are going to have them in 5, 8, 10 or even 15 years.

The rules are in place to protect you, so step up and use the rules to your advantage and improve you family's economic outlook as well as your piece of mind!

We meet every week!

Every Tuesday: 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Come early for dinner and socialization. (Food service is also available during meeting.)

COST: $10… and whatever you want to spend on yourself for dinner, helpings are generous so bring an appetite.

Meeting Protocol

I will have some one assisting me with collecting $10 at each meeting. Please be prepared to pay on your way in the door. Additionally, I will have a sign in roster. Please sign in if you would like me to send you the additional materials I use during the meeting within 24 hours after the meeting you attended.

If you are not on time for of the meeting please arrive and situate yourself quietly. I'm getting too many complaints about side conversations and disruptions during the meeting. Side conversations and personal attacks on others are unappreciated and unwelcome. My focus is on presenting valuable information to fellow Strategists. If you'd like to speak please raise your hand or otherwise get my attention. I appreciate your cooperation in our effort of fight egregious foreclosures.
