Yoga Wednesday

Ok let's grab our yoga mats and enjoy some meditation time. We did this event last week. It was great and challenging. Those of us who attended felt great after to go out to some Karaoke time. 😃 😊 If you sign up and are unable to attend please remove yourself so I can have a accurate count to who is going.
