• if a certain goal is YOUR goal and is worth of your time and energy
• the factors that can diminish or strengthen motivation
• the real reasons as to why you want to do a particular activity
• how by starting a new habit you can motivate yourself
YOU WILL GET ACQUAINTED WITH
• what motivation is
• the psychology of motivation
• kinds of motivation (such as extrinsic vs. intrinsic, positive vs. negative, etc.)
• what can help you in motivating yourself and becoming happier and more successful
• the external factors reducing your motivation.
BY THE END OF THE DAY, YOU
• You will have checked if certain goals are really YOUR goals and are worth of your time and efforts.
• Will have acquired various strategies with the help of which you can easily motivate yourself.
• Will have gained emotional commitment and provided intrinsic motivation for pursuing your goal
• Will have learnt how to be motivated without a motivator

A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE ORGANIZERS OF THIS GROUP
CLIVE WILTON and ANNA T. LITOVKINA:
Originally from Russia, ANNA T. LITOVKINA lives in Hungary and she is currently Associate Professor at J. Selye University, Komárno, Slovakia. She is a linguist, a folklorist, a psychologist and a coach. Beyond more than one hundred scholarly articles, she is the author or co-author of fifteen books. See:

CLIVE WILTON is a certified sports nutrition coach, communicator, champion public speaker and presenter.
He is also the host of the monthly “Free Hugs Budapest” about which many of you must have heard.
HOW ARE THE WORKSHOPS DELIVERED?
We pay particular attention to the group dynamics. We promise to you that you will get extremely useful and practical skills and strategies that you can immediately apply in your everyday life. You will never feel bored during our workshops. Sometimes:
