Meetup Full Up - Outdoor Shamanic Workshop

This workshop will be with Anthea and Margaret de Bethlen. This is an all day workshop from 10.30am until approx 5pm This workshop will take place in the historic Kew Gardens during the Saturday of the May Bank Holiday. Kew gardens is a vast nature area and has many ancient trees along with lakes and beautiful nature, this is a perfect place to learn how to connect with nature and to receive healing for yourself. During this workshop you will learn a number of "tools" and energetic processes which will enhance your connection with nature, and will help you to be in more harmony with nature. This will enable you to receive healing and guidance from nature whenever you need it.

During this workshop you will.

1. Complete meditations and processes to connect you to the spirit of the landscape.

2. Learn how to " grok" your environment, energetically connect with nature using shamanic processes

3.Complete a medicine walk.This is a powerful walking meditation in nature, where you will be able to receive answers from nature to a question that you have.

4. Learn how to receive blessings from the spirits of nature, along with learning how to bless the nature spirits. This is a powerful shamanic process and your connection and harmony with nature will be greatly enhanced from learning this process.

5. Receive healing energy from the wonderful trees and learn how to heal yourself and others.

6 Learn how to "attune" to an area and complete a personal mandala. You will receive guidance and information from the mandala you have created, and you will which have your personal mandala from the day to take away.

7 Free time to explore the gardens.

About Anthea: Anthea travels extensively connecting with various sacred sites, teaching and working directly with the source earth consciousness through her alchemy training and work with her teacher Tareth. She has completed shamanic training in America and Hawaii with Hank Wesselman and Serge Khahili King and she is continuing her shamanic training with Jonathan Horwitz.

The cost of the course is £45, £35 concessions ( students, low income, unemployed). This includes the entry costs to Kew Gardens of £13.90, and all materials for the day for mandalas etc. This will prove a popular workshop. A deposit of £20 can be paid or the full cost of the workshop, via paypal on email antdurand@aol.com to reserve your place. Payment is due by the 20th May.

You may either bring your own lunch , or light refreshents can be obtained from the kew gardens cafe. Please bring water, pen and paper, something to rest on for colouring your mandala . You may wish you to bring a camera to take pictures during the day. Also it may be useful to bring something to sit on, as we will be sitting ot on the land.
