Start your Tuesday morning out with 30 minutes of strength training as we sculpt our upper body and ABS with a series of body weight exercises!

Strength training is so important for women, especially as we age. It boosts our metabolism, builds muscle mass and strengthens bones!
It is both physically and mentally beneficial.

As we get older our muscle mass decreases but this can be reversed by strength training. Increasing bone density so reducing the risk of fractures and osteoporosis. Building our strength to perform everyday activities with greater ease and preventing unnecessary injuries. Best of all it enhances our mood by boosting our metabolism and stablising our weight.

Strength Training for Life is the secret to aging gracefully and well!
