Our goal with these Lean Coffee sessions is to foster an environment where both emerging and seasoned professionals can exchange ideas, seek advice, and share experiences/challenges they've recently encountered in an open format.

What's a Lean Coffee?

• People will share their topic ideas
• We'll vote on those topic ideas to prioritize for what people in the room most want to talk about
• We'll jump right into the conversation on the topic with the most votes
• After a few minutes we'll vote to either keep talking about that topic or move on
