Let's Go Fishsing!

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife offers two free fishing days each year. July 6th is one of them which means you don't have to purchase a fishing license to fish. This is a great opportunity to give kayak fishing a try or to test that fishing kayak you've wanted to paddle! Bring your fishing pole, bait and tackle. Pack a lunch or some hearty snacks, lots of water and sunscreen, and join us for a day of fishing in Discovery Bay. I have a few kayaks set up with rod holders and plenty of room for your tackle.
