Throw off these winter blankets and let’s go DISCO!!! Pull out your faux fur coats, bell bottoms, pop that satin collar and get moving to the most danceable funky beats this side of the 1960s.
Your live DJ Loose Springsteen will be mixing high energy bouncy tunes to throw you back in time, taking you on a trip down memory lane and back again. Mixing in salsa, hip hop or whatever gets you shaking off the winter blues.

As we land together Anna will then take us on a sublime sound journey sharing her energetic medicine with an acoustic healing soundscape. To finish off we will meet in the kitchen for some tasty vegan GF soup and chats.

SATURDAY NIGHT FUNK is a wholesome invitation to be together in a safe space for self expression and acceptance in dance unification. We want to cultivate a drug, alcohol and tech free space. Dance your way into a state of pure joy and float away with a natural endorphin high.

TIMES
The hall will open from 6.40 where you are invited to enter, ground and feel into the space and warm up. DJ Loose Springsteen will kick off at 7.00 and we will wind down into our sound healing around 8.30. Then you will have the opportunity at 9.00 to either head home or share in a vegan gluten free lentil and veg soup together during pack-down with doors closing at 9.30.

FACILITATORS
ANNA Burke is an experienced alternative teacher and Shamanic receiver and guide. She is a liquid crystal practitioner, alchemist, holds teaching qualifications specialising in Montessori, Steiner and Reggio Amelia philosophies. She has delved deeply into entheogenic shamanic realms since 2009 and taps into each soul vibrational energetic heart song during sound healings.
