She has spent 15 years supporting companies in various support, coaching and training roles. During that time, she has developed a passion for building high performing cultures, flexible working programs and the changing face of customer experiences in the digital era.

Over the last five years, she has specialised in offshoring solutions for Australian based organisations and creating programs of work that help integrate onshore and offshore teams, diversity and inclusion and cross cultural leadership.

Combining her knowledge of working in virtual teams, global teams and service based industries, Genevieve has helped businesses to integrate sustainable work cultures and environments that future of work talent thrive in.

LYNNE CAWLEY
Lynne has worn many hats in her 20+ years experience in the finance industry having started out in a data analytics before progressing into senior leadership roles in research and operations.

As the Group Executive for People and Operations at Canstar, her current role encompasses the management of the company’s Research, Product Data and People and Culture teams.

Lynne is a registered general psychologist specialising in organisational practice and has had a tremendous impact on building Canstar's team, which now includes the company’s recently expanded Brisbane HQ, new Sydney office and overseas operations.

In addition to supporting the growth of Canstar’s team, she is also constantly raising the bar when it comes to optimising employee experience, which resulted in Canstar being recognised in the 2018 Best Place to Work study.
