Saturday Honesty Salon (re-occurring)

The format of the Salons goes something like this:
1. We join and say hello, maybe chat for a minute or two.
2. I endorse my other groups.
3. I go over the agenda for the day and offer a chance for anyone to renegotiate the agenda.
4. I lead us in a brief grounding meditation.
5. We read the guidelines (attached) and I explain the idea behind the group.
6. We do check-ins.
7. We have unstructured time for us to practice/connect.
8. We do check-outs.
9. We end the meeting.

As the facilitator, it's my job to keep time and move us between these stages of our group experience. Please state what you want if you want something.
