Welcome to Kundalini Activation (KA) & Cacao Ceremony
Cacao ceremony can be a helpful way to prepare the body and mind for Kundalini activation. Cacao is believed to have heart-opening properties, helping to release emotions and blockages in the heart chakra that may be preventing the Kundalini energy from flowing freely. It can also provide a grounding and centering effect, helping to calm the mind and prepare the body for the powerful energies that may be experienced during Kundalini Activation. Combining a cacao ceremony with Kundalini Activation can potentially be a powerful way to open up the participant's system and support their spiritual growth and transformation.
WARNING: The Cacao will be made with Almond milk. If you are allergic to Almonds skip the cacao in order to prevent allergic reaction.
WARNING: The Cacao will be made with other sacred medicinal plants like Blue Lotus. It is advised not to consume alcohol or recreational drugs before the ceremony.
KA is a transmission of life force energy. It is energy that comes in from the top of the crown, down toward the root chakra where it gradually builds and begins to flow in both directions. It is a very natural process that will not shock your system in anyway. The energy goes exactly where it is needed in your system so you receive what you need in this moment.
KA is not a self generating or self willed practice like kundalini yoga where you are generating your own energy to rise. It is a direct energy transmission. It is the path of surrender and not the path of will.
What to expect during the session
You will begin lying down on a mat and surrender to relaxing your body and mind, releasing all expectations. While music is played I will concentrate on each individual and transmit life force energy. Allow whatever arises to be experienced and expressed. Experiences vary for each participant and will likely vary from session to session as the energy goes where it is needed.
Spontaneous movements can and do occur such as yoga poses, shaking, stretches or mudras. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations. It is important to surrender to the experience and allow your body to move if it feels natural to do so. You do not need to keep your body still during KA.
Some people experience emotions including joy, fear or sadness. You may spontaneously cry or laugh. I encourage you to surrender to these and not suppress them. You may experience a bliss state as well.

Preparation for KA session
Before the session, it is advisable to avoid consuming alcohol,recreational drugs or plant medicine. Eat lightly or refrain from eating altogether for a more potent experience.

There are no prerequisites, and anyone who feels called to attend is welcome.
