I’m sure you’re aware of the many benefits of mindfulness practices.

You most likely have heard about how mindfulness can help reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your physical and emotional health.

You’ve probably heard that mindfulness can help train focus and even address some of those hard-to-break habits that aren’t serving you.

Perhaps you also know that mindfulness can help to build deeper connections to your loved ones and enable you to forgive those who bring conflict and difficulty into your life.

Maybe you know all of these facts and more, yet you still haven’t found a way to weave these practices into your life and attain some of these benefits.

It’s also possible that you haven’t heard about any of these amazing health and wellness benefits of mindfulness practices, but you are simply seeking a grounding and a centering for your life.

Or it’s possible you have been practicing for some time, but wish to deepen your practice and explore the deeper, spiritual meanings of these beautiful practices.

Because in two weeks we’re launching a six week course called Introduction to Mindfulness, that will give you all the practices, information, and inspiration you need to start a new journey into mindfulness or to recenter and strengthen your current practice.

My name is Art Burns and I have helped many people over the years do what I’ve described above and so much more!

And now, I’m bringing these teaching techniques to the Learning to Surf community!

Over six weeks, in 60-90 minute meetings, I will teach you a set of formal and informal practices that will help make mindfulness a natural habit for you and allow you to experience your life and loved ones in entirely new ways.

The meetings will be interactive and I will engage all questions and ideas as we make our way along this wonderful journey together.
