Social Media: What to do when things go wrong

This Thursday, March 13, at 6:30 PM we are pleased to have two premier social media professionals present: Gina Ramsey, Director of New Product Development, Adventure Web Productions and Kate Hendrickson, Media Relations Manager at the National Aquarium.

Gina will be talking about reputation management. With so many ways for customers to complain, how do you keep up. What can you do when someone Yelps a bad review? Gina has been helping business recover and thrive in social media for years so come out this Thursday night for practical helpful advice, tips and tricks.

Kate will tackle the always complex subject of using social media for your public relations. The National Aquarium is a premier Baltimore institution with a great reputation for working to preserve and maintain our marine environment. Along with the visibility, though, comes never ending public relations demands. Kate will talk about how she uses social media to keep up with those demands and promote this truly unique and special Baltimore landmark.
