Robert R. West has been in the banking industry for over 20 years. Before banking, I was in retail management for 5 years with Walmart, Sneaker Stadium, Dollar Tree, and Adidas. I am also an adjunct instructor at Remington College, and I am seeking an advanced degree in organizational leadership from Northcentral University.
The primary objective of the Community Development Office is to ensure that TD Bank complies with the regulatory requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Our mandate is to meet the financial needs of the communities in which we operate including low-and moderate-income individuals, neighborhoods, and small businesses.
