Suikawari and Yard Games at Loose Park

Want to try Japan's summertime version of a piñata? Suikawari is a game similar to hitting a piñata blindfolded, but instead of a piñata you hit a watermelon! I will provide 2 watermelons and sticks/bats, but if you'd like to bring additional watermelons, feel free! I will also be bringing a few yard games such as cornhole. Bring your own as well if you'd like. When it comes to drinks and snacks (other than the watermelon), please bring your own. I'd also suggest bringing an empty container if you'd like to take home some watermelon. Let's meet in the parking lot on the East side of the park (5110 Wornall Rd parking) in front of the sheltered picnic area at 3 PM. If you come after 3 and can't find us, please send me a message!
