Designing and Developing Enterprise Mobile Chatbots

Join us for a special meetup this month from guest speaker Suyash Joshi. Suyash Joshi is a Developer Advocate at Oracle for Cloud, Mobile and Emerging Technologies platforms such as AI and Bots. Prior to his current job, he was a software engineer for 6 years developing mobile and web applications. He is also a very active in Bot and Conversational Design meetup and conferences and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. In his spare time, he enjoyed juggling and performing magic tricks.

Description of Suyash's talk:
Bot Design is a critical first step that is often skipped and leads to poor user experience and frustration. In this session, you will learn the best practices for Designing and Developing a Chatbot experience that is not only useful but also delightful. You will also learn how to create Bots that are easily discoverable, how to handle errors in a dialogue and best practices for enterprise user cases. The presentation will include live demos of Chatbot inside of Messenger application.
