What does Happiness mean to you?

Happiness is...A bubble bath at the end of a hard work week

Happiness is.. a sweet strawberry ice cream cone on a hot July afternoon

Happiness is... waking up every morning with the ones I love

Those are a few examples of what someone might think Happiness is to them.

Think of the top 3 things that make your life Happy! You can bring pictures of your kids, families, pets, friends, neighbors, pictures of yourself doing your favorite pastimes, anything that you want to share with the group. If you want to bring books, or cd's that make ya happy that you want others to see, that would be great too! You can bring someone that makes you happy as well.

We will be enjoying some coffee and treats at a local coffee shop. They have salads and sandwiches/smoothies and coffee.

The Happy Hour will be from 4 to 7p.m.
