Welcome to our monthly women's meditation meetup! This is your monthly invitation to cultivate inner peace, reconnect with yourself and to be a part of a community. In this space, we will dive into why mindfulness is important, explore simple ways to regulate the nervous system, followed by 15-20 minute meditation.
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, our sessions offer a nurturing environment to explore various techniques aimed at resetting the nervous system and restoring harmony to both mind and body.
10am- Arrival time
10:10am- Intro, please plan accordingly and arrive on time (doors will be closed to minimize distractions)
10:25am- 15-20 min meditation
10:45am- Debrief, tea and community
Out of courtesy please RSVP if you will actually attend. Free street parking on Sunday & BYOM (bring your own mat) or something to comfortably sit on!
