Within us all is the ability to healing ourselves. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy can help in giving you the tools to learn to reconnect, listen and expand your awareness. Using traditional restorative postures, breathing and self-inquiry transformation can be within reach. We provide water & yoga mats. Located in the Mid-Town Shopping Center (by Michael's on East).
