Earth's superheroes are dead, so villains rule, right? Wrong.

Necessary Evil is a Savage Worlds campaign setting in the near future where aliens have taken over the planet and killed the existing superheroes. Now it's up to the supervillains to take Earth back -- for themselves. Players are prior villains of varying types ranging from bank robbers without powers to superpowered mad men who want to rule the world and everything in between. They do, however, have a common interest in getting rid of the alien overlords. The villains are organized as resistance cells so group size and makeup can vary according to the session.
