Talk about NIXOS_LUSTRATE or how to replace a running system with NixOS

NixOS contributor obadz will talk about his recent addition: NIXOS_LUSTRATE.

The feature enables replacing any existing running Linux distribution with NixOS, in place, without any repartitioning or external media. This is useful in cases where it's hard to install NixOS from scratch. Most VPS providers provide the common Linux distributions but don't offer NixOS yet.

obadz is going to give a live demo, followed by a hacking session as usual. We could e.g. adapt NIXOS_LUSTRATE to other VPS providers, or write some docs.
