Game Theory Magic the Gathering Store Championship

Welcome to the 1st bi-annual Game Theory Magic Store Championship! This is a multi-format Magic tournament to determine who will be crowned Magic Champion of Game Theory for the next 6 months. The tournament will consist of 3 different events:

Event 1 - Constructed - Each player will have their choice of Standard or Modern and play 4 rounds. The top 32 (16 from Standard + 16 from Modern) will progress to the 2nd event.

Event 2 - Draft - The Top 32 players from the first event (16 standard + 16 modern) will be divided into 4 Amonkhet draft pods and play 3 rounds with their draft decks. The top 2 players from each pod will progress to Event 3.

Event 3 - Modern Masters 2017 Draft - The Top 8 players will draft Modern Masters 2017 and play 3 rounds to determine Game Theory's first Store Magic Champion!!!

All Players will Receive a Game Theory Store Championship Playmat (limit 100)

All Players will Receive a free Hamburger/Hotdog Lunch

Store Champion will Win:
Airfare to a Domestic Grand Prix of your choice
Title of "Store Champion" for 6 months
Name Engraved on the Store Championship Plaque
Special Champion's Chair for 6 Months

2nd Place will Win:
