NOTE

Welcome to the Tuesday Sherwood Critique Group! Come join us, whether you're writing your first short story or poem, or you're a published author (and our current members include both). It can be any genre, including non-fiction (but no adult/"mature" material, please).

We are currently using a read-aloud format. We each take a turn reading our work while everyone else makes notes, then everyone offers a round of feedback and comments. It helps to bring hard copies for everyone to mark up with notes while you read.

If you wish to have your work critiqued, please bring several printed copies (3 or 4) of a short piece or chapter to read aloud. It can be a single page or less, or as much as about 3-5 double-spaced pages. Three or four printed copies should be enough.

You don't have to bring your own work - you can show up to read and critique others' work, or just read. We don't have set time limits on critiques - all we ask is that you be mindful so that everyone gets a chance to have their work reviewed. :)

Looking forward to seeing you there!
