He was one of the youngest featured person (age 27) in Campaign Asia-Pacific Magazines list of "the region's hottest planners, strategic thinkers, CEOs, and account handlers who have made their mark on the industry before the age of 40". He was also awarded the Southeast Asia Planner of the Year at Campaign Asia-Pacific Magazine's 2012 Agency of the year awards.

Currently, he is a regular lecturer for the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP) Certified Digital Marketer Program, and a contributing lecturer for the 360 integration course as well as Digital PR and Digital Media courses. He is also one of the co-chairs of the Digital Media Specialist Track.
